Our laboratory is a highly interdisciplinary and dynamic environment, and we interact with many research groups from across campus.  My research includes MEMS, RF MEMS, micro-sensors (electric, magnetic, gas), agricultural sensors, micro-actuators, MOEMS, adaptive optics, microfluidics for thermal management, biomedical micro-devices, and process simulation.
